Quality Improvement Plans 

For Worksite Health 

Worksite health uses quality improvement plans to measure inputs, processes, outcomes, and approaches to improve health care for patients and to improve the workplace and increase quality and efficiency. 

Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) 

Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) plans create an environment that works to constantly improve the quality of management and worker productivity. It looks at processes and outcomes, data, shared success and more to improve the workplace. 

Total Quality Management (TQM)

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a process of eliminating errors in manufacturing, improving customer experience, improving employee training, etc. All members of the business or organization work to improve all process, services, and workplace culture. 

Six Sigma

Six Sigma is an approach for process improvement to reduce or eliminate defects using six standard deviations. This technique is used to reduce defects and improve profits, quality of services or products, and employee morale.
